Kathleen Costales-Kelly
A native New Mexican, Kathleen grew up in a loving family next door to Albuquerque, in the town of Rio Rancho. Actor, signed-language interpreter, Montessori educator, pharmacist, and marathon dreamer are, “a few of her favorite things.” She has an extensive background in education, both as a student and as a teacher. Her accomplishments include a Bachelors in Theatre, completion of the Signed Language Interpreting Program, and a PhD in Pharmacy, all obtained from University of New Mexico.
She was serendipitously introduced to The Tracking Project when she was able to attend the Cottonwood Montessori Nurturing the Roots Program in 2005. Kathleen has been a supporter and student ever since, participating in both the NTR NM I and Cultural Dreaming classes, as well as sending her one, and only, favorite son to Hawkeye. Kathleen watched her son develop a deeper understanding of Mother Earth, a love for all that walk upon her, and knew that the fruits of The Tracking Project were grand and delicious.
Kathleen is grateful to be a part of The Tracking Project staff and hopes to get a chance to assist you in whatever way she can. She is a happy, joyful soul that regards the natural world with a reverent heart. A deep sense of love and friendship flows out of her to all the people, animals and beings of this world.
